In the world of personal information manager applications and email clients, Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes are clearly the most used and the most popular applications. The problem is that some users would like to migrate certain data from Outlook to Notes. Normally, this is not possible, as each application has its own data file format, Outlook uses PST files, while Notes uses NSF files.

But when installing the Export Notes application, migrating data from Notes to Outlook becomes possible. After the program has been installed, the first thing to do is to select the desired Lotus Notes data file that should be converted into an Outlook standard data file. When importing the NSF file into Export Notes, all the data contained by it will be automatically read and displayed in several tabs, according to its type.

As such, all the emails, calendar appointments, contacts and personal notes will be displayed. For converting the file into the PST format, the user will only need to click on the SCAN button.

Pros

It allows you to convert any NSF file into PST, for allowing Outlook to read it. Besides that, all the data contained by a Lotus Notes data file can be automatically read and grouped into several tabs, according to its type. Furthermore, the interface is very simple to use and also intuitive. What's more, the program is compatible with any Lotus Notes version.

Cons

The program features may seem a bit simple and limited. Besides that, the demo version cannot read all the data contained by a Notes data file. Using Export Notes, you can easily and quickly convert any Lotus Notes data file into a regular PST file, which can be read by Microsoft Outlook.
